Simply Sweet Breakfast Smoothies

A yummy cool recipe to enjoy on a busy morning, or as an afternoon snack. My son loves them anytime.

You will need:

1/2 of a frozen banana (I like to cut my bananas in half, peel them, and throw them in a ziploc baggy when they start to spot)

1 tblsp. peanut butter

1 cup of chocolate milk

*place it all in a blender and blend until smooth.
